Week 7 Lineup decisisions

The deal went through, changing my lineup decisions. I think it makes me a lot better this year, though not having Hightower definitely makes me less good in the following years.

QB: Trent Edwards, Buf vs SD, J.T. O'Sullivan, SF at NYG, JaMarcus Russell, Oak vs NYJ, Matt Hasselbeck, Sea out. I'm expecting a good game from Edwards. O'Sullivan has a tough match up; the Giants should be eager to prove that last week's game against Cleveland was an aberration. Russell has a pretty good match up, but I need to see him have a good game under the new coach before I play him.

RB: Marion Barber, Dal at StL, Adrian Peterson, Min at Chi, Michael Pittman, Den at NE, Kevin Faulk, NE vs Den, Chester Taylor, Min at Chi, Fred Taylor, Jax on bye. Barber is obvious, Peterson has a tough match up, but he did well against Chicago last year and I think I need to keep him in. Pittman should be the one RB for the Broncos this week again, though it kind of makes me sick to my stomach to rely on a should from the Broncos running game. He's the flex for this week. Faulk just joined the team and I'm considering waiving him to reclaim Kenny Watson, RB Cin, but I'm also considering playing him at flex since Denver's run defense is so bad. I certainly hope Chester Taylor won't do much this week. Fred Taylor had a concussion last week; I've got no idea if he'll be worth anything this year. But, I'm reluctant to let him go right now.

WR: Marvin Harrison, Ind at GB, Lance Moore, NO at Car, Matt Jones, Jax on bye, Devin Hester, Chi vs Min, Mike Walker, Jax on bye, Joey Galloway, TB vs Sea, Deion Branch, Sea out, Marques Colston, NO at Car. The Panthers have a good D against the pass but Colston seems to be 100% and I can't imagine not playing him. Moore was putting up good numbers with Colston out, but I need to see him play with Colston before I consider putting him in. Harrison had a great game last week and I am planning to keep him in even though GB has a decent pass D. Galloway might actually be back from his injury this week. Branch isn't.

TE: Owen Daniels, Hou vs Det. I'm expecting him to do really well this week.

PK: Stephen Gostkowski, NE vs Den. I am probably playing against Cutler, so I'm hoping for a 23-20 win by NE with Pittman scoring at least one of the TDs.

TM: Tennessee Titans at KC. This should be a good scoring opportunity for me.

If the opponent has a good game, then I probably can't win. But, if he has a mediocre game, I probably have a chance. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Colston brings to the table.
